Order delivery and collection

Click and collect

All orders are available to pickup at Snug Home Heating and Cooling Centre 917 Karamu Road North, Mayfair, Hastings. 
Simply choose "collection in store" as your shipping option.

How long will it take Snug to have my order ready?

We order product as required so please allow us up to 3-5 working days. We will notify you via email when your order is ready to be picked up.

How long do I have to collect my order?
You will have up to 7 days from when you receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up. If you cannot collect within this timeframe, please contact us to discuss.

Delivery

Delivery is only available within the Hawke's Bay region. 

Delivery fees are per order and are defined by delivery location postcode:

Delivery addresses must be physical addresses, we are unable to deliver to Private Bags or PO Boxes.

All delivery addresses must be easily accessible with a vehicle. If not accessible then additional charges may apply. Please enquire at info@snugstore.co.nz for individual requirements.
